Our service isn't broken down "per meal" since we package our food family style. Our pricing is reflective of the quality of food (seasonal, organic, made from scratch), the quality of service, the quantity of food you receive, the glassware used, and the built-in delivery fee.

Yes! You control your subscription under your account. You can skip a delivery, pause till a certain date, pause indefinitely, or cancel entirely all through your account dashboard.

Our food is delivered freshly cooked and still hot each Monday, never frozen! The food is, however, freezer-friendly if you decide you want to freeze the food upon receiving it.

While we do allow clients to purchase our Trial Week package randomly for the weeks they know they want food, we DO prefer that if you join the meal prep fam, you are ordering more consistently than you aren’t. So if you don’t feel like you’d want to be a weekly client, this might not be the best option for you. Being on our weekly plan ensures you’re eating clean food consistently instead of sporadically.

While some food items have estimated macros, this is not something we prioritize at GBF. We believe in intuitive eating versus rigid calorie counting. This means that instead of viewing food from a fearful perspective, you eat what your body is feeling called to in order to feel fueled and nourished. Our client’s weight loss and bloodwork results are a testament to why we don’t offer macros.

Our meal prep plan is what it is, we do not have different “packages” to accommodate different diet trends. Our menus are always organic with no gluten, dairy, refined sugar, seed oils, preservatives, or additives. It can be adjusted to be low FODMAP and is pretty Paleo to begin with. If you have specific food requirements outside of the above and would like to inquire about a customized meal plan created just for you, we do offer that at an additional cost. We are plastic-free and require ALL clients to pay for a glassware deposit, regardless if you have your own tubberware/glassware or not. Each client receives the same 2 sets of glassware and the same insulated bags. This ensures our portioning is equal and consistent week over week.

Deliveries happen every Monday afternoon between 12-3 pm. Your delivery driver will communicate with you Monday morning with your delivery's ETA. You are required to have last week’s glassware washed with lids inside the bag on your porch to swap at delivery.

We only deliver to Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties in FL.
